Intelesant and University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust (UHSM) submitted an entry for the Health Service Journal (HSJ) Value in Healthcare Awards under the category of Value and Improvement in Information Technology.  We are delighted to learn that we have been shortlisted for this award.  On 3rd June I will be attending the judging panel with a representative from UHSM where we have 10 minutes to make our case through a presentation followed by 20 minutes of questions.

It is a credit to everyone who has been involved in the project to date bringing the Frailty Checkup from idea to reality within a health economy.  Huge thanks to Manchester Carers Forum for helping make the project so meaningful.

The results are announced in September, we are up against some stiff competition so fingers crossed!
